Izabela worked for 10 years for Michael van Valkenburgh Associates in New York City. While working for MVVA she specialized in all phases of design development, including design studies, historic and material research, site analysis and visualization. She had significant contributions to numerous competitions, including the Obama Presidential Center, University of Toronto, One Vanderbilt, Etobicoke Civic Center, Waller Creek, St Louise, Tulsa and others.
She is a founder of Izabela, LLC multidisciplinary studio with focus on art and design. From 2021, Izabela works as a consultant for U.S. offices, including Michael Van Valkenburgh Associates and also teaches landscape architecture design at the Technion--Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa, Israel.
